Currently I am at 125 pounds, but I'm gaining fat in my tummy. I hate it. It's annoying as ever and I do not know why. I'm lossing, but also gaining. Here's the deal, what I eat and drink almost everyday. Some days may be differ.
I try to drink at least one full glass of milk. 5 glasses of COLD icewater. At least 2 servings of fruit and some sort of meat.
Today I have eaten :
Spaghetti w/ Meat, Tomato sause, olives, and onions.
Two Banana's.
Mac and cheese. Made with: 2% milk, butter, and the package stuff.
and of course...Candy...not much though. And one pop. Only because there was no ice, and I won't drink water without ice. It's horrible. I plan to cut out pop Completely! And I do exersize. Once a day.
I need suggestions for eating healthy and everything.

sounds good, Jenni. The more veggies and fruit that you can eat, the better. Of course, your situation is different than ours and we try to moderate our carbs and cholesterol each day, and our sodium. You may not need to watch that. The exercise is very important.
